Judith Hey-Hadavi, DDS, MD, MSc, is an internationally recognized physician-executive with over two decades of leadership with a unique background in global medical affairs, clinical innovation, as well as early and late-stage drug development. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, she has shaped the medical and clinical strategy for numerous therapies across multiple disease areas (i.e. CVMET (obesity, diabetes, MASH, growth disorders, dyslipidemia, liver diseases, acromegaly), neurology (stroke, Alzheimer’s), Immunology & Inflammation (rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus, Aplastic Anemia, Asthma) and Hospital Sterile Injectables.
As former Vice President and Global Medical Lead for Hospital Products and Sterile Injectables at Pfizer, Dr. Hey-Hadavi led global medical strategy, product launches, and safety governance, with a strong focus on innovation, launch readiness, scientific communication, education, drug-induced liver injury (DILI), patient-centered care, and healthcare disparities. She was instrumental in cross-pharma industry collaboration through the IQ-DILI Consortium, co-chairing initiatives with the FDA and academic leaders.
